The Creative Chateau Art and Framing Gallery is a hidden treasure located in Ashland, Ohio in a historic barn with visual surprises in every corner. In addition to our custom services we offer art classes, original artwork, fine art prints, decorative art, home decor items, postcard clocks, astrological clocks, handmade jewelry, natural bath products, antiques and inspiration! We are open daily Monday through Thursday 10a to 2:30p, all other days and times by appointment so that we can create new projects, continue learning and expanding in our creative energies.....

These painting were inspired by the death of a childhood friend, MaryAnn who loved horses. She taught me to ride horses when I was young, it was her passion. My passion is art so this painting series (more to come) is a tribute to her and the wonderful memories we shared. MaryAnn died of breast cancer in the beginning of January 2012.
