Event Space Rental

The Creative Chateau has two great spaces to host a function . The conservatory is a 800 sq ft facililty located in the pond which can accommodate 20 occupants. The view is magnificant, with an expansive view of the natural country setting, water and vast sky.  It is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with all the amenities of a great room to include, heat, a/c and water.  Rental rates are $75 an hour.  If you are looking for a larger space, consider the upper galley at the Creative Chateau.  It can be configured to meet your needs.  This space can accommodate a much larger group function.  Rental rates are  also $75 an hour.
