The plaster technique is a great way to minimize flaws on old walls or a poor drywall job. This technique was used on the basement walls on the left side of the photograph near the door. Using drywall compound and a trowel, it is layered over the entire wall. Left to dry then painted with a primer, a base coat, and a final glaze. The outcome is magnificant. A very warm old world feel.
